Spring flowers inspire us to make some jewellery bursting with colour

We love taking our dog Ruby out for long walks and in our local park recently we came across these beautiful yellow and purple flowers.

Spring is such a lovely time of year for bright yellows, purples and greens, and we couldn’t resist making some jewellery with these colours.

We have designed an intricate bracelet, a ring and a pair of earrings by mixing bright colours with softer green and lavender colours. Each jewellery item uses purple flower fimo beads which have little green leaves underneath them.

The bracelet has small antique silver plated flower charms that look pretty against the Swarovski Crystal beads. The glass leaf drop beads in yellow and pale green finish off the bracelet beautifully and will be available on our website very soon. We do have the glass beads in purple if you can’t wait and want to make the bracelet straight away!

Spring time is a very colourful time of year and you can get some great ideas when out walking. Next time you are in a 

park or walking down the street, take note of all the colours around you. It is a great way to get inspiration for new jewellery designs and colour ideas.
