Ecommerce Stockroom Assistant
Part Time 12-18 hours per week

We are looking for part time staff to join our cosy modern office in Cheetham Hill, Manchester.
Working alongside a small team of picking and packing staff, your duties will include:
· As you can imagine, this job requires the counting and handling of very small items. The correct candidate must have a good attention to detail, be capable of accurately counting/measuring/weighing small craft items and have good hand/eye coordination.
You will be expected to work to tight deadlines each day, ensuring orders are sent out to customers within the correct time frame. We are looking for people who are happy to work without too much supervision, but are capable of working to deadlines & complete tasks.
We are a family run business with a team made up of both staff and family members (with the occasional visit from the family dog Ruby – an elderly King Charles spaniel). The successful applicants will need to be friendly, with a positive attitude & good sense of humour (it is a bit of a mad house sometimes).
We are looking for people who feel at ease working within a small team.
You will be on your feet for up to 6 hours. The office stockroom is relatively small but involves walking from unit to unit gathering small baskets of items. Successful candidates must have good English reading skills.
Our office is open Monday – Friday.
Working hours are 10am-4:15pm with a 15 minute lunch break.
Pay is £8.20 per hour for under 25s & £8.72 for 25 and above.
Holidays are calculated Pro Rata.
*No holidays can be taken in November as this is our busiest time.
Our office is closed for bank holidays & over the Christmas period.
