To make the bracelet above, I cut a piece Beadalon wire (you can use upto size.026in/0.66mm Beadalon wire with these findings) and attached an ‘EZ Crimp End with Lobster Clasp’. To do this I used our new EZ Crimp Pliers, which are made specifically for use with EZ Crimp Range, however ordinary Flat Nose Pliers will do the job just fine.
Firstly, pop the end of your Beadalon wire in the hole on one side of the fastener and use your pliers to squeeze the two flat sides together. You should feel these slightly move, once they have, give it a little tug to check this is secure.
Next I added some Swarovski Elements and spaced them out using our new Beadalon 2mm Crimps, the quality of these is so much better than any I have previously used. They are slightly stiffer than ordinary crimps, this is because they are made from a stronger metal and will last a lot longer. I spaced out my beads and crimped them in place using Flat Nose Pliers
To finish the bracelet, I attached the other end of my fastener using the same easy method.
I also tried using the new Beadalon Small Pinch Bail Earwires, these are great if you just want to add a Swarovski Pendant to a pair of earrings. There is no messing or fuss with these, you simply just open the bail, pop on your Swarovski Pendant and close the bail back up again.
You will find that these new findings are simple, fast and durable, giving you and easy way to attach a clasp that is secure and will last. They wipe out all the fiddly parts of jewellery making, leaving you to design and play without any of the usual frustration.
