How To Make Memory wire Hoop Spike Earrings

Make a bold statement with this spike hoop earring. Made using memory wire antique silver plated spike charms. Diamante rhondells and metal spacer beads. Fine steel chain is added for a delicate touch.
You will learn how to turn a loop, and open and close jump rings.
You will need rounds nose pliers and chain nose pliers, and wire cutters.
This is for Beginners
Step one
Thread on your beads to the memory wire, the fine chain goes directly onto the wire.
Step two
Thread the memory wire through the link on the fine chain, you can thread it on first then cut to size, I found this easier. Alternate the silver and black chain.
Step three
Once all your beads are on, make loops on either side of the memory wire.
Step Four
Connect the loops together, you may want to make one loop slightly bigger than the other so they slot in easier. Make sure the loops are secure
Step Five
Now attach a jump ring to the loops, and the earwire.

Step Six
Repeat for the other earring.
