UK MAINLAND:

NO MINIMUM ORDER

First Class Royal Mail £1.95 – Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days.

Second Class Royal Mail 0.95p – Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.

FREE FIRST CLASS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25

 UK orders over £150 have FREE delivery and are sent via courier and require a signature upon receipt.

 Orders in excess of 2kg will incur an extra postage charge. If your order exceeds this weight you will be notified by email or telephone. 


CHARGES OUTSIDE OF UK:
 

FREE POSTAGE NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

• For European and EU Countries the postage cost is £3.00 for un-tracked delivery and £6.50 for a tracked service.
• For Countries Outside of Europe the delivery cost is £5.00 for un-tracked delivery and £9.50 for a tracked service.

Orders in excess of 2kg will incur an extra postage charge. If your order exceeds this weight you will be notified by email or telephone. 

Due to issues with the postal system, all Italian orders are sent via a tracked service**

 

POSTAL OPTIONS

RECORDED & 1st CLASS:

Estimated arrival time – 1-3 Business days

Our website packing office is open Mon – Fri. During this time, we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of the order being made.

For example: if your order is placed at 11am on Monday, we aim to dispatch it by Wednesday's post if not before. If placed on Friday or over the weekend, your order should be dispatched by Tuesday at the latest.

This excludes Bank Holidays when postal services may be delayed or disrupted.

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY/SPECIAL DELIVERY:

If you are in a hurry for your order, we strongly recommend choosing our Next day / Special Delivery options.


Next Day/Special Delivery is guaranteed before 5pm the day after dispatch.

In order for your Next Day order to be delivered the following day, your order needs to be placed by 10am *that* day.

For example: If you require something to arrive before 5pm on Tuesday, your order needs to be place before 10am on Monday.

Please note, Next Day post is only delivered on Week Days. Therefore, even if the order is placed before 10am on Friday (although it will be dispatched that day) it will not be delivered until Monday.

 SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION:

For an extra charge, we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed post. If this is required please call us on 0161 274 4040 to discuss it.

COURIER POST:

All standard 1st class post orders over £150 are automatically sent by Courier at no extra charge. If your order is not over £150 but you wish it to be sent by courier, please call us on 0161 274 4040 to discuss costs.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES:

Usually three days to Western Europe, four days to the rest of Europe, and five days for the rest of the world.

VAT:

All Postal charges are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

BACK ORDERS:

If we are unable to fulfill your order, but stock is expected to arrive within the next 7-10 days, the item will be placed on back order and posted out to you with no extra postage cost.

If stock is not expected to arrive within this time frame, the product will be shown on your invoice as ‘OUT OF STOCK’ and a refund will be issued.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

We try our very best to keep stock levels correctly monitored, but sometimes we get them wrong. At times, we are let down by suppliers, other times items get lost, spilled or miscounted.

On the rare occasion that this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. If we are unable to amend the issue we will refund you the cost of any missing product(s).

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We want you to have a positive shopping experience and are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase / arrives to you damaged / or you are unsatisfied in anyway, we will make every effort to resolved the situation.

Items can be returned using our Free Returns form within 28 days from day of dispatch.

All returned items must be within 28-days. You can return it to us in its original condition within 28-days of the day of dispatch providing the item/s are in the original packing, unused, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting the original invoice number and a short explanation of what you require enclosed.

You will only be refunded for the goods returned. You will not be issued a refund for the original postage fee.

 

*Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.

**Due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colour once you receive it.

 

DISCOUNTS & OFFERS:

Discounts are applied after postage has been calculated.

Discounts do not apply to items already in the sale unless otherwise stated.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL:

It is not in our interest to deliberately delay or withhold items from customers. However, there are times when circumstances beyond our control (Postal Strikes, Weather Conditions, Public Holidays, etc.) might affect our ability to fulfill orders within the estimated time frame. 

 

INCORRECT INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS:

We aim to dispatch orders as fast as we can and pride ourselves on maintaining a reliable speedy service. Our warehouse staff process thousands of orders each week and work to very tight schedules. We therefore rely on customers to provide us with correct delivery information.

If you have provided us with incorrect delivery information, we will try our very best to amend this PROVIDING THE ORDER HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED.

Please Note: Emails are answered in chronological order, we therefore cannot guarantee that emails will be seen in time.  

 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS:

Most undelivered items are returned back to us by Royal mail within 30 days. If this occurs, you will be notified and given two options.

 

1: Redelivery of goods. You will be required to pay postage for redelivery via a PayPal money request.

2: Refund for goods purchased. A refund for the original order will be credited back to your account minus the original postage charge.
