Beadalon Beading Wire 7 Strand 0.30mm (.012in) - Bright - 9.2m (30ft)

Bright is a silver colour. Softer than Tiger Tail and more supple for a smoother drape, Craft-Series Beadalon 7 encases 7 strands of fine-diameter stainless steel wire within a kink-resistant nylon coating.

7 Strand is good for general beading projects and has an excellent variety of sizes and colours available.

Fits 1.3 and 2mm Round Crimp Beads and 1.2mm Tube Crimps

There are a couple of things to keep in mind when selecting the appropriate wire for your project. The number of strands determines the flexibility of the wire and the greater the number of strands in the wire, the more flexible the wire will be. 49 strand is the most flexible and 7 strand the least. 49 strand wire is very supple and will give an elegant drape to your jewellery design where as 7 strand wire is not as flexible, but will hold its shape better.

If you are new to bead stringing or unsure how much flexibility you require, we recommend starting with our middle grade, 19 strand wire.

It is recommended that you use the largest diameter wire possible that will pass through the smallest bead hole in your design.
