Size of end cap is 9x3.5mm with a 3mm hole.

Cord ends are a beautiful way to finish your jewellery projects. Simply glue on to the end of your necklaces and bracelets and attach a clasp for a professional finish. We find that our Zap Gel Jewellery Super Glue is perfect for this. Use with either a single 3mm strand or braids with multiple thinner strands. 

For a multi-strand braid we recommend using a whipping & finishing technique to tie off the ends. 

Firstly, tie a knot to stop your braid from unravelling. Then take a length of thin thread (we recommend Superlon (S-Lon) Tex45 Size D), leave a small gap from the knot and wrap it around the end of the braid three times.  Tie this off tightly with a square knot and repeat if necessary.  Once this is secure and holding your braid tightly, snip off the original knot.  This should leave you with a slim finish that will slide much more easily into your end cap. 

The hole size is 3mm.
