Side Hinge Calottes (2.4mm Cup) - Antique Brass Plated

To use, simply place a crimp bead onto the wire and squash the crimp bead so that it is secure. Place the wire with the crimp bead on inside the calotte then trim the end of the wire so that the calotte can be closed easily. You can also use glue on the crimp bead inside the calotte to help ensure that the wire is secure. If you are using nylon or silk thread, simply place the thread through the hole at the bottom of the calotte and knot several times. Secure the knot with glue. They also work with for ball chain. Simply place the end of the ball chain inside the connector and squeeze close with flat nose pliers and attach jump rings and fasteners.
