The classic pearl is spherical and creamy white, but natural pearls come in different shades, from a lovely pale pink to a deeper oily black. Pearl beads are available in even more colours, so you can really create a pearl look that suits you.

 

For a unique and funky look, choose a mixture of different sized pearl beads, in similar shades, and make a string necklace. If you make it about two metres long, you can wrap it around two or three times and have a choker chain as well as a longer drape.
